David Donaldson BSc Hons MRTPI, Director

is well known throughout Northern Ireland, having worked with many leading architects and law practices, and with Counsel on a number of complex appeals, inquiries and judicial reviews. He gained nearly 20 years experience within DoE Planning Service, before becoming a Director in one of the UK's largest multi-disciplinary environmental and construction consultancies. He is a highly experienced and skilled practitioner, with a wide range of expertise in the planning and development process. He is a strong advocate for fairness, impartiality and consistency in the planning system.

Gráinne Rice BSc Hons Dip TCP, MRTPI, Associate Director

graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2001 and 2002 with both undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in Environmental Planning and Town and Country Planning. She is a Chartered Town Planner with experience in both public and private sector planning. She has been involved with numerous high profile applications and appeals, as well as giving continued planning advice to leading developers in managing their portfolios of land interests throughout Northern Ireland. She is particularly experienced in the project management of large scale residential and commercial projects accompanied by Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA's). She is widely regarded for her knowledge, diligence and commitment to ensuring that all clients obtain the best possible advice and assistance across a wide range of projects.
